Allyson Felix

Allyson Michel Felix was born the 18th of November 1985 in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, the father of Allyson Michelle Felix, is a minister who was ordained by Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix works as a elementary school teacher at Balboa Magnet. Felix realized early on that she was gifted to run when she was a student at Los Angeles Baptist High School. After a few weeks of the first attempt she made her skills, she placed second in 200m in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix was a high school graduate when she graduated from school in 2003 signed an agreement with Adidas. After that, she attended at the University of Southern California and studied elementary education. The following year, Felix earned her very first Olympic medal during the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens Greece setting an all-time junior world record running 200 meters at 22.18 seconds. At the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, Felix became the youngest winner in the world for running 200m. She won the title in 2007. was able to defend her title by beating Jamaican adversary Veronica Campbell. Felix always placed within the top three across her diverse competitions during the Olympics that took place at Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
