Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actor. She is most famous for the roles she played in the movie Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful, The Great and Powerful, Is Where I Leave You. Amantha Holden is the Sundance Drama on the Channel Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress who works in TV as well as movies. She was known for her work in the drama series Rectify, as well as on the sci-fi series Timeless. Her home is in Gulf Breeze in Florida. She made her debut in acting with the soap opera All My Children. Her role in the soap opera All My Children won her a prize from the soap Opera Digest for Best Female Newcomer. The majority of her roles were guest characters in TV series throughout the next couple of years. She was recognized for the role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. Gradually, her beautiful looks and powerful acting abilities made her an ideal candidate for an ardent fan base. In the year 2000, she made her first appearance in the movie Campfire Stones. Other films she has appeared in include Jekyll This Means War and Chasing Mavericks. For her role as a character in Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. Recently, Spencer portrayed Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. Spencer was nominated as an Teen Choice Award nominee for Spencer's role in Timeless. The series has won praise from critics.
